COASTAL
RESET

Couple relaxing in black hot tubs on a rocky beach facing the ocean with a pier in the distance.
A group of six people sitting inside a wooden sauna, smiling and engaging in conversation, with a view of the beach and ocean outside through a large window.
A black background with five olive green wavy lines stacked vertically.

OKI began with a simple feeling: Eastbourne has the sea, the space, the swimmers, the walkers, the morning light and the community, but it needed somewhere people could properly pause.

NOT A SPA.

NOT A GYM.

NOT A TREND.

A place by the coast where heat, cold, coffee and fresh air could come together in a way that felt modern, useful and easy to return to.

That is why we created OKI.

WHY WE STARTED

Somewhere to reset.
Somewhere to meet a friend.
Somewhere to recover.
Somewhere to clear your head.
Somewhere that made winter on the seafront feel like a reason to go outside, not stay in.

OKI IS OUR
ANSWER
TO THAT.

A dark teal line drawing of a person with long curly hair resting their chin on one hand, with a large head and simple features, on a black background.

A simple, well-designed coastal ritual that helps people feel better in their body, clearer in their head and more connected to the place they live.

Three people standing outdoors in front of a garden bed with grasses and plants, wearing black jackets and beanies, smiling at the camera. Two black flags with white text flanking them read "OAK SAUNA." A dark sauna container and a black container with white text are visible behind them, along with a small building with a balcony and a sign that says "SPLASHPOINT."

Why we built Oki

For us, OKI is about real life. A place you can come before work, after training, after a sea swim, on a weekend, with friends, with family, or on your own when you need a bit of space.

We all came to it from slightly different angles, but the idea was the same: create somewhere that feels good to arrive at, easy to be in and worth coming back to.

“If people leave feeling clearer, calmer and better than when they arrived, then OKI is doing what we set out to do.”
